Delete your Ryppd account

This page explains how to delete your account and data in the app Ryppd – AI Workout Planner (developer: David Zwirtmayr), on Android and iPhone.

Delete in the app

1. Open Ryppd and go to Profile.
2. Open Account & Sync.
3. Tap Delete Account, type your display name (or DELETE) to confirm, and sign in again if asked.

If you only want to remove your data but keep the account, use Delete all data in the same place.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, send an email from the address you use to sign in to Ryppd (Google or Apple) to:

repoff-support@dopaminedept.org

Use the subject “Delete my Ryppd account”. We delete the account and the data listed below within 30 days and confirm by email.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or in your Apple Account settings. Otherwise you will keep being charged.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in data (email, display name, user ID).
• Your synced data: workouts and sets, personal records, strength entries, body weight, nutrition entries, goals and app settings.
• Your public profile, leaderboard entries, friend codes, friend connections and friend requests.
• The data you shared with friends for the muscle comparison.
• Your entries in competitions, and your name in groups and competitions you created.
• The push notification token linked to your account.

What is kept

• Food items you contributed to the shared food database stay available to other users as product information, without your user ID (pseudonymized).
• Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports (Google Firebase) are kept for their standard retention period (crash reports up to 90 days, usage statistics up to 14 months) and are no longer linked to your account.
• Records of your purchases and subscriptions are kept by Google Play or Apple and in our subscription overview at RevenueCat (under your former user ID), as required for billing and tax law.
• Data on your phone (for example in Health Connect or Apple Health) is not changed by deleting your Ryppd account. You manage it in Health Connect or Apple Health.

Ryppd-Konto löschen

So löschst du dein Konto und deine Daten in der App Ryppd – AI Workout Planner (Entwickler: David Zwirtmayr), auf Android und iPhone.

In der App löschen

1. Öffne Ryppd und gehe zu Profil.
2. Öffne Konto & Sync.
3. Tippe auf Konto löschen, gib zur Bestätigung deinen Anzeigenamen (oder LÖSCHEN) ein und melde dich bei Nachfrage erneut an.

Willst du nur deine Daten entfernen und das Konto behalten, nimm dort Alle Daten löschen.

Löschung ohne App beantragen

Ist die App nicht mehr installiert, schreib von der Adresse, mit der du dich bei Ryppd anmeldest (Google oder Apple), an:

Betreff: „Ryppd-Konto löschen“. Wir löschen das Konto und die unten genannten Daten innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen per E-Mail.

Zuerst das Abo kündigen

Das Löschen des Kontos kündigt ein Abo nicht. Kündige es in Google Play (Play Store → Profil → Zahlungen und Abos → Abos) oder in den Einstellungen deines Apple Accounts. Sonst wird es weiter abgerechnet.

Was gelöscht wird

• Dein Konto und deine Anmeldedaten (E-Mail, Anzeigename, Nutzer-ID).
• Deine synchronisierten Daten: Workouts und Sätze, persönliche Rekorde, Kraftwerte, Körpergewicht, Ernährungseinträge, Ziele und App-Einstellungen.
• Dein öffentliches Profil, Bestenlisten-Einträge, Freundescode, Freundschaften und Freundschaftsanfragen.
• Die Daten, die du für den Muskel-Vergleich mit Freunden geteilt hast.
• Deine Einträge in Wettkämpfen und dein Name in Gruppen und Wettkämpfen, die du angelegt hast.
• Das Push-Token, das mit deinem Konto verknüpft ist.

Was bleibt

• Lebensmittel, die du zur gemeinsamen Datenbank beigetragen hast, bleiben als Produktinformation für andere sichtbar, ohne deine Nutzer-ID (pseudonymisiert).
• Anonyme Nutzungsstatistiken und Absturzberichte (Google Firebase) bleiben bis zum Ende ihrer üblichen Aufbewahrungsfrist (Absturzberichte bis 90 Tage, Nutzungsstatistiken bis 14 Monate) und sind nicht mehr mit deinem Konto verknüpft.
• Kauf- und Abo-Belege bleiben bei Google Play bzw. Apple und in unserer Abo-Übersicht bei RevenueCat (unter deiner bisherigen Nutzer-ID) erhalten, wie es Abrechnung und Steuerrecht verlangen.
• Daten auf deinem Handy (zum Beispiel in Health Connect oder Apple Health) ändert das Löschen deines Ryppd-Kontos nicht. Die verwaltest du in Health Connect bzw. Apple Health.
